French born Anne-Laure Demene has chosen to express herself in sculpture, originating from a family of well-known artist, painter, poet and musician.  It is through her professional activities, where she is already identified for her colour co-ordination that she felt the need to exteriorise her sense of volume.

Anne-Laure’s sculptures are unique pieces from clay or porcelain modelling.  Sculptures can be patinated, glazed or cast in plaster, bronze, aluminium or ciment fondu. Anne-Laure’s sculpts from her own imagination, life models and photos. Since she has been living in Cooroy (on the Sunshine Coast) Anne-Laure Demene is also carving in timber.
